Use TEN responsibly

This Acceptable Use Policy applies whenever you access or use TEN. It is part of our Terms of Use. Use TEN only for lawful sports-prediction and contest activities within the features we provide.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use TEN to:

  • harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or engage in illegal conduct;
  • cheat or manipulate predictions, contests, results, or standings;
  • share credentials or access another account without authorization;
  • abuse invitations, create disruptive duplicate accounts, or evade restrictions;
  • scrape TEN, operate bots, make excessive automated requests, or interfere with operations;
  • perform security testing without TEN's prior authorization;
  • arrange or facilitate unlawful wagering, payments, or fee collection;
  • upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code; or
  • share another person's private information without a lawful and appropriate reason.

Enforcement

TEN may investigate suspected misuse and may warn, restrict, suspend, or deactivate accounts when reasonably necessary. The response may depend on the seriousness, impact, and recurrence of the conduct. Historical account, prediction, contest, standings, and related records may be retained after restriction or deactivation to preserve TEN's permanent record and protect service integrity.

Report a concern

Report suspected abuse to support@theexpertsnetwork.ai. Include a general description, the relevant page or contest name, and the approximate date and time. Do not send passwords, authentication links, codes, tokens, cookies, session information, payment details, unnecessary identification, or another person's private information.
