About this policy

The Experts Network (“TEN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a sports-prediction platform. TEN uses imaginary money only and does not accept, process, facilitate, hold, transfer, or refund real-money wagers or entry fees.

Information we process

Account and support information

You may provide an email address, password authentication, username, and display name. An authentication provider may also provide optional profile or avatar information. If you contact support, we process your message and the information you choose to include.

Predictions and contests

TEN stores predictions, imaginary stakes, odds snapshots, selections, results, timestamps, performance history, contests, memberships, invitations, picks, standings, and commissioner records. Commissioners may privately record whether an entry fee handled outside TEN was verified. That marker records only what the commissioner entered and is not proof that payment occurred.

Technical information

TEN and its service providers may process authentication sessions, essential cookies, request metadata such as IP address and device or browser information, operational logs, timestamps, provider identifiers, and error or monitoring information.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • create, authenticate, secure, and support accounts;
  • record predictions and operate contests, results, and standings;
  • display information according to its public or private status;
  • prevent misuse and protect TEN, its users, and its data;
  • respond to support requests and troubleshoot problems; and
  • maintain data integrity and improve the service.

Public and private visibility

Submitted public individual sportsbook predictions, imaginary stakes, results, and related performance history are public and intended to remain permanently visible. They ordinarily cannot be edited or removed. TEN may take narrow action when it determines that doing so is necessary for legal, privacy, safety, security, or clear data-integrity reasons.

Private-contest picks follow the visibility rules for the applicable contest. Authorized participants may see contest information when those rules permit it. Commissioners may access limited participant information needed to administer their contests, including certain contact and entry-fee-verification information. Private account details are not part of TEN's public prediction record.

No payment information or real-money wagering

TEN has no application fields for payment-card numbers, bank details, payment credentials, receipts, or real-money wagers. TEN does not collect, hold, verify, transfer, or refund entry fees. Any external payment arrangement is outside TEN and is solely the responsibility of the commissioner and participants.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate TEN. They may process limited information on our behalf under their own terms and policies:

  • Supabase for authentication, database, and related services;
  • Vercel for hosting;
  • Hostinger for authentication-email delivery and the support mailbox;
  • The Odds API for sports data;
  • Better Stack for operational monitoring when used; and
  • Google for authentication if Google sign-in is enabled and you choose it.

TEN does not currently use a known behavioral-advertising or analytics platform, and we do not sell personal information.

Essential cookies

TEN uses cookies and similar storage needed for authentication, security, account continuity, and core service operation. TEN does not currently use advertising cookies.

Retention and deactivation

Account and historical prediction, contest, standings, and related records may be retained indefinitely to preserve TEN's permanent record. Support correspondence and operational records are retained as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, troubleshooting, legal obligations, and operating TEN. Service providers may retain logs under their own policies.

You may request account deactivation through support. Deactivation prevents further account access or use, but it is not deletion: associated account, prediction, contest, standings, and historical records are retained. Private account details remain nonpublic. A deactivated account may be reactivated through a verified support request.

Your requests and support safety

To request access to or correction of account information, or to request deactivation, email support@theexpertsnetwork.ai. We may take reasonable steps to verify that the request concerns your account. Never send a password, recovery link, confirmation code, authentication token, cookie, session information, payment information, or unnecessary identification to support.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as TEN changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through TEN or support when appropriate. Use of TEN is also governed by our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy.
