What is TEN?
The Experts Network measures predictive expertise in sports by recording predictions and results over time.
Beta help center
Find quick answers, learn what to include in a support email, and contact TEN when self-service steps do not solve the problem.
Support is email-based during the invite-only beta. If your device does not have an email application configured, copy the address below into your preferred email service.

To help us understand the issue, please include your TEN username if known, the page or feature involved, a general description, the approximate date and time, and the steps that led to the problem. For pool questions, include the pool or contest name. Device and browser details can help with display problems. You may attach a screenshot only after checking that it does not reveal passwords, private links, codes, payment information, or another person's private information.
Never send TEN your password, password-reset link, email-confirmation link, security or one-time code, authentication token, cookie, session information, payment-card number, bank-account information, payment-login credentials, government identification, or private information belonging to another person.
TEN uses imaginary money only. TEN does not accept wagers, collect entry fees, process payments, issue refunds, or need payment credentials.
TEN support can help commissioners with:
TEN does not collect or process entry fees. Commissioners may privately mark whether an entry fee collected outside TEN was verified. This marker does not affect joining, eligibility, picks, standings, records, or gameplay. Do not send TEN payment details, receipts containing sensitive information, or payment credentials.
For an invalid invitation, first ask the commissioner for the current invitation link. Contact TEN if the commissioner confirms that the current link should work.
To request account deletion or deactivation, email TEN support using the subject “Privacy or account-deletion request.” Do not send your password, authentication links, security codes, government identification, or payment information. TEN will explain the options that apply to your account and records.

No. TEN uses imaginary money only. TEN does not accept wagers, collect entry fees, process payments, or issue refunds.
Individual sportsbook predictions are public and permanent after submission. Private contest picks are not added to your public individual prediction record. A contest's saved rules explain any contest-specific visibility.
Sign up with your email and password, then use the confirmation link sent to your inbox. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive promptly.
Try signing in. If the account is waiting for confirmation, use the option to request another confirmation email and submit only once.
Open Sign in, enter the email and password for your TEN account, and submit once.
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. Submit your email once, then follow the single new reset email. Never send that link to anyone, including TEN support.
Open Account, then use the Security section. Password accounts must provide the current password and a matching new password of at least eight characters. Google-only accounts do not have a TEN password to change.
Survivor pools use period-by-period team picks. The saved Rules page for your pool is the authoritative summary of deadlines, team-reuse settings, strikes, and automatic-pick behavior.
A pick locks when its game starts, and the pool's final period deadline is also an effective lock. If no pick is submitted by that deadline, TEN follows the automatic-pick rule saved for that pool.
Commissioner Tools covers contest setup while editable, invitations, participants, saved rules, and private entry-fee verification where supported. Commissioners cannot use fee verification to change gameplay or standings.
Commissioners share private invitation links. If a link is unavailable, ask the commissioner for the current link first. If they confirm it should work, contact TEN support.
TEN does not collect or process entry fees. A commissioner may privately record whether a fee collected outside TEN was verified, but that marker does not affect gameplay.
Email TEN support with the pool or contest name, the affected page, an approximate date and time, and a general description. Do not send private links, credentials, or another person's information.
Email TEN support using the subject “Bug report” or “Suggestion or feedback.” Include the feature and steps involved, but no private authentication or payment information.
Use the Email TEN support link above, or copy the visible support address into your preferred email service.
Never send passwords, authentication links, codes, tokens, cookies, session information, payment or banking information, government identification, or another person's private data.
