Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for creating an account and using The Experts Network during its invite-only beta.

Last updated August 17, 2026

Agreement to these Terms

The Experts Network (“TEN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a sports-prediction platform. By creating an account or using TEN, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use TEN.

Eligibility and location

You must be legally capable of using TEN and must comply with laws that apply to you. TEN may be used only where permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that TEN is available or appropriate in every location.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and promptly contact support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not share authentication links, codes, tokens, cookies, or sessions.

Imaginary money only

TEN uses imaginary money for sports predictions. TEN does not accept, process, facilitate, hold, transfer, or refund real-money wagers or entry fees. TEN may not be used to facilitate unlawful wagering, payments, or fee collection. TEN content is for entertainment and informational purposes and is not betting, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

Predictions and visibility

Review your selection, odds, and imaginary stake before submitting. Submitted public individual sportsbook predictions remain permanently visible and ordinarily cannot be edited or removed. TEN may make a narrow exception when it determines action is necessary for legal, privacy, safety, security, or clear data-integrity reasons.

Private-contest picks follow the visibility rules for the applicable contest. A private-contest pick is not added to your public individual prediction record merely because it was submitted in that contest.

Contests and commissioners

Commissioners—not TEN—are responsible for contest administration, participant communications, and communicating the applicable contest rules. Commissioners and participants are solely responsible for any external entry fees, refunds, disputes, taxes, eligibility decisions, and payment arrangements, and they must comply with applicable laws.

TEN does not collect, hold, verify, transfer, or refund money. A private verification marker records only what a commissioner entered. It is not proof that a payment occurred and does not determine gameplay, standings, or eligibility.

Sports data and corrections

Odds, schedules, results, and standings may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or corrected later. TEN may correct data and recalculate results or standings when reliable information changes. You are responsible for reviewing selections before submission.

Beta service and availability

TEN is a beta service and may experience errors, interruptions, unavailable features, changed features, or loss of availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TEN is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that all data will always be accurate or available.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. It prohibits abuse, cheating, unauthorized access, disruptive automation, unlawful conduct, and other misuse of TEN.

TEN content and permitted use

TEN's software, design, branding, and original content belong to TEN or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, TEN gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Sports information and third-party names may belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit TEN except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

Restriction and deactivation

TEN may warn, restrict, suspend, or deactivate an account when we reasonably believe these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, law, safety, security, or service integrity requires it. You may request deactivation through support. Deactivation prevents further account access or use, but associated account, prediction, contest, standings, and historical records are retained. Deactivation is not deletion and may be reversed through a verified support request.

Responsibility and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TEN is not responsible for losses arising from external payment arrangements, reliance on sports data, commissioner decisions, user conduct, service interruptions, or events outside TEN's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as TEN changes. We will post revised Terms here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through TEN or support when appropriate. Questions may be sent to support@theexpertsnetwork.ai.
